Best thing to do for a splice like that is to do an inline twist of the wires and then solder them with a good quality silver based solder. Then you can slide a sleeve over or paint them with liquid electrical tape and when dry tape them really good and tight with multiple layers/passes. That will keep them from corroding later on.

You just have to go into setting and see if the sensors are actually reading or not, if it is reading then adjust the sensor to put it in the proper range. If not then you know you have a bad sensor

Gotta love those cab filters. I did manage to broke one off on our tractor, because I opened the door to shut off the tractor. It did add half an hour to my time to repair it somehow. 😅

Hi Carson! Great video, wishing I was there to help you with that accumulator, but you got it! It's so frustrating to have stuff break just out of warranty when it's been sitting for several months. Did you check the bolts on the other side to make sure they were tight? Stay safe and healthy, keep working those abs! LOL

Was demoing a vertical tillage tool and at the end of the day I was missing three disk scrapers. Checking the rest of them and none of them were tightened. Luckily I was able to find them the next year without any tire damage.

Maybe it was assembled late on Friday at the plant and it was skipped? lol. Glad it seems like you fixed it. It’s always satisfying when you can get something repaired and it didn’t cost $5,000.

The O-ring at the base of the accumulator is what seals it. It is a ORB style fitting, ( O-Ring, Base). You can buy kits with the various size O-rings in them, they are very common. They use the same thread sizes and pitches, as the flat face fittings. Some O-ring kits will have both types in the kit.

I might employ small amount of loctite to those threads 🇺🇸🗽🛐🚜👌💡(early, premature comment)

They sell a inlaid plastic similar to like you have on the bottom of your head. Is easy to assemble and will last forever. The crop feeds really good, in the bottom of that header

that is some innovation to sort that out and it worked , good job , time well spent if you get a break down and its there ready to use if needed
